In the online course, we focus on the essentials you need to KNOW and complement that with hours of mentoring and coaching to help you with the HOW — until you land your new job! That’s our differentiator. You’ll receive continuous support, feedback, and guidance until you reach your goal.

Online Course

In our 2-hour online course, you’ll learn how to structure your career plan, optimize your LinkedIn and CV,  and use AI and digital tools to overcome algorithms and interviews with confidence.  We combine practical lessons + a personalized action plan + immediate application.

Mentoring

Don’t walk alone. While you progress through the course and implement your plan, our mentors are by your side: to answer questions, review CV / LinkedIn / plans, provide feedback, and help you adjust your trajectory.  Individual support via email and chat at any time + 30-minute weekly coaching sessions (first one individual, others in small groups). 

Coaching

When preparation meets opportunity, it’s time to sharpen your strategy. At the end of the course, you’ll gain access to a 1-hour Group Coaching session with our Head Coach to fine-tune your strategy and prepare your Networking and Referral Plan.
